A few week of rigorous testing had left Mel tired, and she had finally managed to get over her bold move; kissing GLaDOS. She faintly touched her lips, recalling the feeling of the smooth, cold, metallic-like plastic that was the AI's 'lips'. A light blush crept onto the woman's skin along with goosebumps as her mind wandered to the kiss, once again. Had she really stepped up like that? Or was it all a dream?
No, she had remembered having a panic attack shortly after doing it, and during the next day as she tested, knowing that the AI's eyes were on her. She had run her courses slower that day, because she would suddenly think of the kiss, resulting in her stumbling. She was taunted shortly after, making her blush more than she already was at the time.
She sighed and sat on her bed, taking off her Long-Fall boots and tossing them aside, resting her head in her hands, her brunette locks falling forward.

Power not availible, facility is now running on solar power. ... Solar power not available. Facility shutting down. Starting up reserve battery on minimum consumption settings.

"Power not available? That means-" She was cut off with her own squeak as the power shut off, leaving her in total darkness. She looked around the room, suddenly feeling very alone. Until she remembered, "GLaDOS!" She grabbed her portal gun, slipped her Long-Fall boots back on and began portaling herself around the facility, seeing as none of the doors were working.

She soon reached the glass sky-way to the main chamber and ran down it to find the door ajar.
"GLaDOS are- Oh." She paused once she got the door open to fin that the roof had retracted, showing the moon. It was a sight that stunned her, how long had it been since she had seen the stars? The sky? let alone the moon? It blinded her in its unchanged brilliance; Mel shaded her eyes from it's glow as GLaDOS looked at her from over her throne.
"Well, you found me... Seven minutes and twenty-four seconds. You're getting your edge back, Tomato. I was worried that I would have to replace you because you have been slowing down so much." The digital timer on the wall flashed a few times before shutting off.
"You were- You were testing me?" The human panted a little as she squinted up at the android who was slowly being lowered from her throne.
"I'm always testing you, Tomato." The AI Sighed, almost like she assumed that Mel knew that fact already. She stuttered quietly, causing GLaDOS to shake her head at the girl. "Humans... Sometimes you confuse me as much, if not more in your case, than a paradox..."
Mel looked away, a light pout on her lips as the AI teased her, yet again. She tried her hardest not to blush, but there was a faint stain of it on her cheeks.
"Ripening yet again?" A faint chuckle could be heard from somewhere in front of her, but she didn't dare look; the smirk could be heard in the AI's voice. A cold, metallic-yet-plastic finger slid under Mel's chin and she gasped in surprise lightly. Her face was brought up, and she stared into the glowing yellow eyes that held all the knowledge in the world, and then some.
Her eyes darted around, not that GLaDOS's eyes were a paint to look at, but hey were too hypnotizing for her. She could feel her knees buckling.
"You look beautiful in the moonlight."
A complement? From GLaDOS? Mel looked into the AI's eyes, fumbling for something to say. "Th-th-th-thank y-you." She blushed, yet again. A low chuckle came from GLaDOS as her robotic thumb caressed her cheek. She flinched a little at the unexpected touch.
"More pigmentation?" Another low chuckle sent shivers up the young woman's spine. "All of this ripening, then re-greening can't be good for you." The AI's gaze shifted slightly and GLaDOS used her free hand to brush a stray lock of brunette hair behind Mel's ear.
"Oh, th-" She was cut off by a familiar feeling; the AI's lips pressed against hers.
Her eyes widened, he heart skipped a beat, and she restrained a gasp. The android had been quite slick; after she had slipped the strand of hair behind Mel's ear, she placed her hand on the back of her head and pulled the girl's lips to hers. Mel could feel GLaDOS almost smirk into the kiss, but the AI managed to restrain it as she closed her glowing eyes, gently caressing the girl's cheek with her fingers. The human eventually relaxed into the kiss, the faint moonlight warming her cheek.

As soon as it had happened, it was over when the taller AI had pulled away, smiling faintly at her blushing tomato-of-a-test-subject. The girl still had her eyes closed and her lips lightly parted, as if expecting another kiss.
"Now then, go back to sleep, Tomato." Her hands slipped from the girl's hair as she stood there, obviously still enraptured in what had just happened.
"Y-Yes, GLaDOS." The girl whispered, opening her eyes with a few blinks, a faint blush contouring her cheeks. The AI watched her leave as she went back to her throne, turning the facility's power back on again. She turned to her left and looked down at the AI that was OCS. "Make sure to pump oxygen into her room tonight. I want her to believe this never happened."
STFU about the title. I'm tired and it's 3:20am.
Short and sweet. Girl x female android warning

The preview art is by :iconfelis-kuroiicus: I give her complete credit. The words are the only thing I claim here, aside from OCS whom you will see in my gallery.
Mel, I blame you fully for this stroke of inspiration. >:3

NOTE: I normally do NOT do girl x girl art or writings. MelDOS is my ONLY exception. DO NOT ask me for literature or art of your girl x girl pairing!
